Sound designer Michel Gaubert mixed together a trio of tunes for Tory’s Spring/Summer 2019 runway — part electronic, part classic — for a mood that’s modern with a tinge of nostalgia. Simon & Garfunkel’s “Mrs. Robinson” is, of course, a nod to one-half of the season’s inspiration: Tory’s mom, Reva Robinson, who was sitting front row.
