Cool off this summer with a pretty-in-pink cocktail, from the beverage gurus at Wölffer Estate and Spiked Seltzer.
Ingredients
1 oz Wölffer Pink Gin
1.5 oz lychee liquor
10 oz grapefruit Spiked Seltzer
Dash of Angostura bitters
Grapefruit, juniper berries or rosemary garnish
Directions
Add ice into a highball glass. Add in the gin, lychee liquor, seltzer and bitters, then stir. Garnish with grapefruit, juniper berries or rosemary.
