There’s one refrain you’ll be hearing this fall: Put a bow on it. From the recent couture shows in Paris to the current runways of New York Fashion Week, designers are punctuating their looks with a pretty beribboned motif. Tory’s own Fall/Winter 2017 collection was awash in them, from the exaggerated bows on blouses and pointy-toe shoes to the velvet ribbons on the models’ ponytails.
